1. How can I customize an order?

In case you want to add a Name or change a verse in an existing design, you can click on the “Chat with Us” option on the bottom of the page and get in touch with us. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Once the design is finalized, you can place the order via the website.

 

2.  Do you charge extra for customization?

In case of simple changes, we do not charge any extra but in case of more elaborate design, Rs.500 will be charged per work hour.

 

3. How long will the delivery take?

We try our best to ensure next-day dispatch and then 3-7 days of shipping depending on your Pincode. 

 

4. What if the product arrives damaged?

Our printing and delivery partners try their best to ensure safe packaging and shipping. However, if you receive a damaged product you can get in touch with us via WhatsApp and we will arrange a replacement within 7 days.

 

5. I am a designer, I would like to offer my designs to be displayed in the store. What do I do?

We at Joyful Arts are delighted to display a wide range of Christian Art. If you like to get on board, please send an email to us at joyfulartsindia@gmail.com with a few samples of your art.

 

6. I am based outside India. Can I place an order?

Yes and No. Our website currently takes orders only from within India. We can however create a custom order for you and ship it to any part of the world. Please send an email to us at joyfulartsindia@gmail.com or contact us on Whatsapp @ 8858-335-225 to get more details

 

7. I would like to place a bulk order for my organization. Do you offer a bulk discount?

Yes! We will be delighted to work with your requirements. You can let us know what you are looking for using the link here. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
